Using a medicine ball or a foam roller, place your chest on the medicine ball with your arm behind your back (if comfortable) and roll along the ball in different angles to target the pecs and anterior deltoid.

These stretches and self release techniques are for releasing tension and stiffness in your pecs and shoulders.

Remember to hold each stretch for 45-60 seconds and keep the foam roller on any tender spots until the tenderness subsides. IF you experience any pain or discomfort while stretching do not continue with the stretch!
