What about you?
I am a retired NFL player from Michigan, I recently moved to Gilbert in August 2013. I entered the NFL draft with a semester left at the University of Toledo in 2008 and I graduated from the University of Toledo in 2014 with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
Why massage therapy?
After 5+ years of receiving massages, I was always amazed by how much better I’d feel not only physically, but mentally as well. Once my career in the NFL ended I came to the conclusion that I want to help improve people’s well-being much like how mine is improved through massage. So I attended Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2015 and in that same year I became a certified Personal Trainer.
What is your favorite thing about being a massage therapist?
Being able to help people with reoccurring pain in their muscles. Especially if the pain was coming from trigger points or chronic muscle tension. My goal is to get people feeling better fast. I love working with clients seeking pain relief because it’s very rewarding to see them have less pain after a session
Why choose me over other LMTs?
Good question. There are several great massage therapists out there with years and years of experience, and there are several average to below average therapists. There are therapists that truly love what they are doing and understand the human body and movement, as well as make full effort to help their clients achieve their goals; and there are massage therapists who really only desire a paycheck without really understanding how to help their clients achieve their goals. When you receive a massage from me you are getting someone who truly loves what they are doing and puts their full focus and attention into each massage. I believe in the power of massages and I want my clients to have that same feeling. It’s my job to help you not only feel better, but to have you leave knowing more about the body and how to manage pain and tension than you knew prior to your session. By no means am I the best, but my goal is to be the best you’ve ever had!
